Very happy with this website and the excellent customer service. Received the items within three days and Clarissa and Don you guys are great thank you for your help. Love the Brazilian Line the material is thick and it doesn't cling too much leaving something to the imagination. I feel great when I’m wearing the stuff and I know it looks good so it motivates me to work out. Last night I wore the rear pocket Bia Brazil pants and they were super comfortable I couldn’t even feel them on they just move with your body. Wow!!! Love it, love it... Haven’t been as successful with the tops they fit bigger on me with gaps around the front. Love the Nina Bucci tops just wish there were more in stock mediums that is and more colors, a bit dissapointed with that. Nevertheless, I am hooked.... and will continue to shop with you and recommend this site to others.

I will confess, I did once ( only once ) try another CA based company, the selection of work out stuff was not any where close to as nice as yours but

price was high, their postage was $11 for one pair of pants and the shipment took over a week.

Package arrived this morning even before the house was up. I'm very impressed, and especially since others (I am not at all thinking of Amazon here) can charge more than the cost of the goods just for putting the pack into fast overseas delivery. The pants are so pretty! I thought I'd made a mistake and ordered them too small but the fabric is perfect, it stretches out. I love its butt-hugging properties - its hugs in the right way, not the (eek) wrong way like Lycra can. And so colourful! Makes me feel cute to wear, and that's quite something.... I'm 6 ft 1 and haven't been cute since I was four :)

It is really heartening to have a company care enough to listen to its customers and to be so professional yet helpful. A hard commodity to find in todays commerical world. To be honest, I had expected nothing but difficulties with an international shipment AND a company that ships internationally.

It speaks well of the culture in your organization to have staff that go the extra mile, and who care to do so. I especially liked the fact that when there was an issue with my card going through you took the time to email me and ask for particulars. Additionally, Kelly was gracious enough to actually sign the email. I felt like I was dealing with a person and not just a web site. Too many times, customer service via email is so impersonal and sterile, not a good thing when one is dealing with ones life and livelyhood, especially when it is just signed....customer service.....that is anything BUT customer service in my book. Thank you Kelly, you are the best of the best! Then Don, you went the extra mile to put the little phrases on the package to help ensure the package got through. While it seems like a little thing and somewhat tedious, it can make all the difference in a developing nation. You are awsome! Thanks to both of you for going the extra mile!

I just wanted to thank you for fostering an environment in the work place that helps to ensure that your customers are looked after down to even the small and tedious details....ask Kelly and Don what those irritants might be. I believe that customer service such as yours could be capitalized upon. Please consider using your customer service practices as an example to other businesses on the web and in your area, believe me....many need your expertise. You might consider contacting the local colleges and offer to have your business be a case study, on a regular basis with the business students. As I have taught business classes in the past at the college level, most business professors are always looking for new and good organizations who are willing to put themselves on the line to be poked, prodded, examined and advised to by young business analysts!
